1. About TechResQ
TechResQ is a service marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified service partners for Laptop, Printer and Mobile repairs. TechResQ itself does not perform any repair services but acts as a facilitator between customers and technicians.
2. Booking & Service Process
- Customers can book repair services through our website or phone call.
- Customers should provide accurate details about their device issues while booking.
- After booking, TechResQ assigns a qualified service partner to the job.
- The service partner will visit the customer's location or provide repair services as per the agreed schedule.
- The service partner will complete the initial diagnosis and provides the written quote for the service and parts as per TechResQ's Capped rate card.
- Customer can choose to accept / decline the quote. Upon Declining the quote and customer should pay the minimum visiting and diagnostic charge of Rs.179 to service partner.
- Upon Accepting the quote, Service Partner performs the repairs.
- Customers should verify the repaired device before payment for the service.
- Customer should collect the invoice from Service Partner, Which they should be using to claim warranty.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Customers may cancel a booking before the service partner is dispatched.
- Once a technician has been assigned and dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds for unsatisfactory services will be handled case-by-case. TechResQ does not issue refunds directly but assists in resolving disputes.
4. Warranty & Liability
- The service partner provides a 180-day warranty on repairs and replaced parts from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified.
- Any disputes regarding the service can be brought to TechResQ' Support team, they will ensure that service partner is addressing it promptly. TechResQ is not liable for any damages caused during or after the repair process.
- Customers should ensure their data is backed up before handing over their devices. TechResQ and Service Partner is not responsible for data loss. TechResQ and its Service Partner ensure the Privacy Policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers should provide a safe and accessible environment for the service partner to carry out repairs.
- Customers should inspect and approve the service upon completion.
- Any complaints should be reported to TechResQ within 24 hours after the service is completed.
7. TechResQ's Role & Limitation
- TechResQ carefully screen and onboard service partners with complete background verification, TechResQ do not control their individual actions during service.
- TechResQ acts as an intermediary platform and does not take responsibility for the quality of services provided by the service partner. TechResQ ensures the quality of services through standard procedure to be followed by service partners.
8. Dispute Resolution
- If any issue arises, customers can contact TechResQ support, and TechResQ will mediate between the customer and the service partner.
- If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be handled according to the laws of India.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
TechResQ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes through email or app notifications.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
